Welcome to the Golf-Xpress page for Terms & Conditions of use. The Terms & Conditions identified below apply to the use of this website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Golf-Xpress Terms & Conditions. Before you place an order, if you have any questions or queries regarding the terms & conditions of use, please contact a member of our customer services team  


In the following Terms & Conditions it is important that you read the wording carefully and have an understanding of the following words and phrases. “Users” refers to the users of the website collectively. “Buyers” refers to the persons, firm or company that purchases goods from the company. The company trading as Golf-Xpress.


At Golf-Xpress we aim to guarantee your satisfaction. All product’s sold as new through Golf-Xpress come complete with a 12 Month manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. In certain cases, Golf-Xpress will sell used or refurbished products, for further information on warranty for these products please contact a member of our customer service team


Use of the Website

User Account Registration 

The user warrants that all personal information provided upon registration of a customer account is true, accurate, correct and current to the best of the users knowledge. The user must notify us immediately of any changes to personal information by contacting a member of the Golf-Xpress customer service team, or by changing the users account information on the ‘My Account’ page.

Trading as Golf-Xpress reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw the website at any time without prior notice to you or any other third party.

Modify the terms and conditions of use and change or withdraw any promotional offers without prior notice to you or any other third party.



Your privacy is important to us. The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain how we use any personal information obtained from you. By using our website, you understand and agree that the information you provide will be used to process your order only.

GOLF-XPRESS is committed to protecting your privacy; we use the information we collect from your shopping experience here to process orders. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Credit & Debit card details are NOT stored by GOLF-XPRESS  SagePay or PayPal will hold your details on their secure server so you can be assured of credit card safety.

GOLF-XPRESS does NOT sell any information about their customers. We will not forward your details on to any third party at any time.


Description of Products

At Golf-Xpress we make sure every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to the goods supplied. If you believe that a product description or product image is inaccurate or misleading, then please inform our customer service team and we will do our best to correct it.


Purchase of Products


The price of the goods sold will be the price listed on the website and on the sellers price list, unless otherwise agreed. Prices shown are displayed in GBP/£ and are inclusive of VAT 20% but exclusive of any additional charges for carriage and insurance which the buyer shall pay in addition. Golf-Xpress reserve the right to modify the price of any listed product without prior notice to yourself or any other third party. 


On your first initial order we require all purchased products to be delivered to the card holders address, we also require a land line telephone number to process your order more efficiently, for all future orders we can deliver to any address of your choice (i.e. your work). Items will not be shipped until the company has received a clear payment.


Only orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri can be guaranteed of next working day delivery within the UK. We cannot guarantee next day delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Other Islands and a small number of remote rural locations

When we confirm receipt of your order we will also confirm an expected delivery date. The delivery date provided is intended for use as an estimate only, and should not be used as any form of guarantee.

We should hold all products in stock, and we aim to deliver your order straight away, but despite our best efforts particularly with very popular items these can sell out, if this happens we will place a back order for you and send the goods out as soon as they are available, we will always inform you by email or telephone if the item chosen is not in stock to give you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

 Order Cancelation 

We apologise that in most circumstances it is not most possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add products, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 0121 285 5944 between 9am and 5pm, Mon-Fri, or email us Please ensure you have your order details ready, including Order No, and Order Date. An order may be cancelled without reason up to 7 days after being placed. If the order has already been dispatched please see our returns procedure.

Returns & Replacements

At Golf-Xpress we aim to guarantee your satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, please return them to us unused in the original packaging with the original tags still attached in a resalable condition, this must be done within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will incur an additional postage charge; refunds will be given excluding the cost of postage, upon receipt of the goods to us.

 If the goods are deemed to be faulty please call the Golf-Xpress customer service team (0121 285 5944) with your original Order No and Order Date to hand to inform us immediately. If a product is considered faulty we arrange a replacement or refund to be sent out immediately.

Please note when sending products back you are still responsible for the goods until they received back to our offices, so we strongly recommend you use an insured or recorded delivery, so they have to be signed for on delivery. Please include a copy of your Original Invoice in the parcel.

Important: If you contact us after the given number of days above, Golf-Xpress 
has the right assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund.
